# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Grounding Sound Circle
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 29 Nov, 2026 at 04:30 pm – Sun, 29 Nov, 2026 at 06:30 pm (-07:00)
- **Event Description**: Join Kiley Edwards for an evening of release and renewal as we balance our body, mind and spirit.

We will join in community to receive a grounding meditation along with a sound journey. There will be time at the end to reflect through journaling while enjoying some light snacks and nourishing tea together.

The focus this month will be gratitude. We will set intentions about what we are calling into our space, while gently releasing that which may be holding you back from truly embracing where you're at now and where you are heading. We will conclude our evening with a releasing ceremony using "fly paper" to transmute our intentions into the fire and release any limiting beliefs that we hold about ourselves.

Please bring your own blankets and pillows and any other items that will help you feel comfortable.
