Fire & Flow is a dynamic fusion of strength and yoga designed to build heat, focus, and momentum. Flowing sequences are paired with intentional strength work to challenge both body and breath. The pace is athletic but controlled, emphasizing strong transitions, steady effort, and presence under load.
