Trauma-Informed De-Escalation Training

Enjoy an engaging and interactive session for more effective de-escalation and prevention. It's evidence-based and supports real-life findings elsewhere in the world, creating safer working environments for everyone. Participants get to observe an escalation in 360 degrees in VR and then, with their new skills, de-escalate an AI person. This type of training is not available anywhere else in Australia or the world and was created by a long-time nurse and educator from Broome. It's a one-off for the session now, so make the most of this availability.
