Meet the Pilot The pilots who participate in the Young Eagles program are local members of EAA who are volunteering their time and aircraft to make your flight possible. Each Young Eagles pilot is certificated with the Federal Aviation Administration or Transport Canada. Flights are conducted according to federal regulations, and no aerobatic maneuvers will be performed. A pilot’s complete youth protection training and vetted via a background check. What will the pre-flight be like? The pilot will explain what your child will see and do. This may include explaining how airplanes work, looking at an aeronautical chart (or map), and describing the interior of the airplane, including the instrument panel. Then comes the fun part: time to go flying! Safety Reminders Safety is always a top priority when it comes to aviation. Listen and follow instructions given by that pilot, stay away from the propellers, and stay with the pilot or ground crew at all times. Do not enter the ramp area unescorted. What will the flight be like? Young Eagles will spend about 15 to 20 minutes in the air and experience the awesome feeling of flight that many people only dream about. Many people remember this experience for the rest of their lives! Space is limited so if you meet the qualifications register for a free flight today! - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/brooksville/young-eagles-flight-rally/200030813951452 - **Event Categories**: workshops, volunteering - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 13 ## Ticket Details ## Event venue details - **city**: Brooksville - **state**: FL - **country**: United States - **location**: 2205 American Flyer Way, Hanger 51, Brooksville, FL, United States, Florida 34604 - **lat**: 28.4654 - **long**: -82.45019 - **full address**: 2205 American Flyer Way, Hanger 51, Brooksville, FL, United States, Florida 34604 ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Young Eagles Flight Rally! - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events3/banners/d99cb0ba7499a296afe28dcd552553747454af7f82231078ede1e3783cc3dd2e-rimg-w1200-h500-dc384848-gmir?v=1791593217 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Young Eagles Flight Rally! being held? - **A:** Young Eagles Flight Rally! takes place on Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 am to Sat, 10 Oct, 2026 at 11:00 am at 2205 American Flyer Way, Hanger 51, Brooksville, FL, United States, Florida 34604. - **Q**: Who is organizing Young Eagles Flight Rally!? - **A:** Young Eagles Flight Rally! is organized by EAA Chapter 1298 Brooksville, FL. - **Q**: Who is this event for?
