We will begin with a lecture about the science and benefits behind sound meditations, then together we will do breath-work, finding our way deeper into the mind and the body. Allowing ourselves to relax and feel grounded as you are then immersed by the sounds of crystal singing bowls, ocean wave drum and koshi chimes. After our sound meditation, you will be given the space and supplies to draw whatever you may have possibly seen in the mind or draw how you might have felt throughout this meditation. Turning your reflections into your own art. There is no judgement here, all you need is an open mind and the breath. I will supply the rest 🌈🍃
