PURPOSE: The AYM Capacity Building Series will host Q2 on BOARD GOVERNANCE: The Crucial Role of Recruiting: "On-Boarding & Orientation Guidance". This session will focus on the process of recruiting and communication tools, how to set expectations, applications and accountability, orientation flow and more, thanks to our knowledgeable Gust Expert Barbara Sprague, Executive Director/CEO from Community Food Bank.
