Join our free group yoga class for adults and seniors at the Sheepshead Bay Library, led by a Shape Up NYC instructor. Whether you're seasoned in yoga or just beginning your yoga practice, this class is open to everyone! Stretch, strengthen, and relax your body and mind in a supportive, welcoming environment.
