Hey Brooklyn youth, ages 10-24! Join us for a fun and engaging workshop that focuses on the importance of healthy screen-time habits and the impact of social media on mental health. We'll explore the science behind how our screen time hours combined with apps like Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat affect our brain, learn what digital wellness is and why it's important, and reflect on how we can practice healthy digital habits in our lives. Youth will have the opportunity to design their own mental health wellness apps, through a creative art activity!
This workshop creates a supportive space to learn and grow, where everyone feels heard, valued, and ready to practice new skills!
