This walk is an intentional space to put some of that down.Through guided reflection, affirmations, and collective movement, you’ll experience the powerful connection between physical movement and emotional release. When the body moves, energy shifts. When energy shifts, healing begins.What to expect:• A guided therapeutic walking experience led by Licensed Therapist Patrice Arrington, LMFT• Intentional prompts to help you release what you’ve been carrying• Affirmations to help you reclaim your power and peace• A supportive community of women walking in alignment, not isolation• A gentle, accessible pace suitable for all fitness levelsThis is not about distance.
