Currently, Ms. Archer is the Manager of Children and Youth eight great successful programs.  for  In her role, she not only provides supportive services/program for the children of incarcerated but she also is in charge  of planning three trips a year for 15 to 25 children to upstate New York, by plane,to reunite these youth with their incarcerated mothers near the Canadaian border. \r\n  ​A strong force at work and an endearing mom at home, Diana’s abilities never cease to amaze anyone. \r\n​ Diana continues to provide school supplies, free haircuts, clothes, toys, home delivered Thanksgiving Meals and receives countless other donations.  She has partnered with St. John’s Family Shelter and sveral others throughout the Brooklyn Community where she was able to give over 100 free meals, 100 toys, 100 coats, 100 journals and additional community resources to men and women within the shelter. Aside from her Give Back Days, Diana manages her own in-house tutoring program for 14 children from 1st to 6th grade who are struggling in all subject areas.The tutoring program runs twice a week and parents are only charged for the learning material. This is done to keep the focus of education and primary and to lessen the financial burden of struggling families.  \r\n\r\n        Diana and her staff at the Osborne Association were recognized as \"Champions Of Change\" and received a special invitation to the White House to receive special recognition in Washington, DC.
