TAC-D CRE Workshop: March 15, 2019
As a part of the Chancellor’s Equity and Excellence for All initiative, and in continuation of the DOE’s partnership with New York University’s (NYU)Technical Assistance Center on Disproportionality (TAC-D), superintendent and Borough Office teams who, during SY 2017-2018, participated in the Root Cause Series which explored root causes of inequity and disproportionality are invited to participate in the follow-up series that will focus on Culturally Responsive Education (CRE). In addition, we are opening this series to superintendents who did not have the opportunity to attend last year’s series as well as Borough Office Directors of Student Services/Directors of Teaching and Learning/ Directors of Special Education/Directors of ELLS.
NYU will facilitate a 5-Part CRE Series of day-long trainings for Superintendents and Borough Office leaders. Please save the following dates:
