Join Black Girls Smile for an evening of rest and restoration at the Brooklyn Wellness Club on July 30 from 6–8PM. This wellness session begins with a grounding yoga flow to release tension and reconnect with your body, followed by a soothing sound bath to calm the mind and center your spirit. Open to young adults ages 18–26, this experience is a space to breathe deep, reset, and be in community. Light refreshments will be served. Come as you are—leave rested and renewed. This event is free. *Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing!*
