And then—BOOM—authentic Samba Reggae from Bahia with drum group Mambembé, featuring Marcos Costa + more TBA.You’ll refuel with delicious Brazilian food to keep you powered up, including vegan + gluten-free options.And because Group Dot BR never does “just a party”… expect theatrical touches all day and night: iconic Carnaval characters, dance, and performances appearing when you least expect them. Hint: the firsts to arrive always get a special treat!Plus: dive into Brazilian art presented by Angelica Walker Projects, and learn to move like you mean it with a Brazilian dance workshop led by Angelita Sorlando.Costumes are encouraged but not required.
