- **Event Description**: Join us for a fun outdoor excursion with fellow Sit-Heads on May 23rd at 2 PM!About this EventOnce a month we host a Meditative Nature Walk where we’ll meet up at a park in the NYC area to meditate, hike, and have a meal together.The event is at 2pm on Oct 18th, a Saturday, at Prospect Park in Brooklyn. We will gather at the intersection of Prospect Park West and 9th Street (one of the entrances to the park) and take the trail linked below. We usually meditate at least once on the trail for 10-20 minutes. The whole event should take 2 - 3 hours. Afterwards, we might find a nearby restaurant with vegetarian options if we feel like having a meal.Bring appropriate shoes for walking, and a water bottle.
