Making Everyday Sourdough with Johanna Kindvall
Come spend a cozy Friday evening with cookbook author and illustrator Johanna Kindvall to master her tried and tested sourdough bread from scratch. Johanna has been making this bread almost every week for her family at home, so you know this recipe has been perfected over time and filled with a lot of love.
This 3-hour class also includes beer and savory snacks to share, your very own starter, and a bread to take home.
All classes at Archestratus guarantee a hands-on cooking experience, a treat with some new friends, and something to take home and share with your loved ones.
