JobZone (3 hours)
Programs awarded NYSED WIOA Contracts starting July 1, 2018, are required to have students register for JobZone. In the RFP, it states, “Case Managers are expected to help all students register for JobZone.” This JobZone training will guide participants in:
Understanding JobZone as a guest vs being logged in and how to navigate the JobZone webpage
Identifying features of the JobZone website
Understanding the steps to complete a Career Interest Profile
Using the occupation features of Job Zone
Understanding Employability Scores
Using the JobZone Budging Tool
Before attending this session, ALL registrants MUST:
Create an NY.gov account
Create A JobZone account

You CANNOT register during the session, it takes anywhere from 60 seconds to 2 hours to receive the link letting you know that you have successfully registered, therefore we will NOT wait for anyone to register during the session. Follow this link for step-by-step direction on how to register:
•All NYC RAEN workshops are for teachers/staff of NYSED-funded adult education programs.
•This is a three (3) hour workshop.
•NYC RAEN reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops with fewer than 10 participants.
• Please be sure to arrive on time. No one will be allowed in the session after 15 minutes has passed.
• If you cannot attend the workshop, please cancel your registration on Eventbrite.
• If your program utilizes a “Time Card,” please bring a “Time Card” with you to the session. The New York City RAEN does not provide Time Cards.
