Espresso State of Mind x Nook Latte Art Throwdown

In this latte art competition (yes, that's a thing) you'll see baristas go head-to-head in a sudden death elimination style bracket until there's one final winner. New York's best baristas will be gathering to pour complex designs with whatever criteria the judges give them each round. Come through for an exciting evening of coffee competition! (feel free to add more to fluff it up)

AND FOR THE BARISTAS:

This is a bracket-style competition (like March Madness) where each round you go up against another barista. You get one shot, one milk steam, and one pour. You and your competitor will put your lattes in front of 3 judges, who will vote on the better pour. The pour with the most points moves on to the next round, the other one is eliminated. Each round might focus on a different design, cup size, or will use an alternative milk / matcha base.
