Enrapture: a transformative sound & movement experience

We will arrive together, gather in a circle, and then drop into presence through breath, sound, and gentle somatic awareness. This somatic journey weaves live improvised music with binaural beats, danceable soundscapes, and gentle guided moving meditation. We descend into the body, the home of the creative unconscious. We move whatever we find there, held in a container of deep care. We emerge more connected to our Selves; our bodies; our wisdom; our healing;  our pleasure. There is no choreography. There is no plant medicine (though it may sometimes feel like it).

There is your body, your soul, the music, the loving community, and the field.

Melissa Brough is an independent licensed Ishtara embodiment teacher and is the visionary force behind the Energetic Literacy Project. She also co-stewards a retreat and residency space in Vermont that supports experimental sound + movement forms as well as rites of passage.

Lisa Masé is an animist and ritualist with Celtic, Etruscan, and Romani roots. Lisa is the founder of Harmonized Living, a somatic nutrition and herbalism practice, and the co-founder of Third Tone Project, an app and live experience offering high potency acoustic sound medicine for all beings.

Evan Premo is a composer, sound artist, and co-founder of the Third Tone Project app and live experience. He creates musical experiences for exploring the intersection of consciousness, spirituality, healing, and artistic expression. His cutting-edge work traverses the boundaries of knowing through the language of sound.
