Couples Stretch, Sip and Eat is the perfect date night just in time for Spring in the Air :) .

• A 45-minute guided couples stretch focused on connection and closeness
• Movements are gentle, beginner-friendly, and easy to follow
• You’ll be guided by trained facilitators in a safe, respectful environment
• No phones or photos during the stretch portion so you can stay present
• After the stretch, enjoy food and drinks together in a relaxed setting
• Total experience time is about 90 minutes
• You’ll leave feeling calmer, closer, and more connected than when you arrived
