Amelia and Her Paper Tigers

Two explorers, tasked to investigate the achievements and mysteries behind one of America's greatest aviators embark upon a journey they are not likely to forget, through comedy, music, audience participation, and circus arts.

This biographical adventure highlights Amelia Earhart's determination to challenge the status quo and her courage to follow her dream. Perfect for kids from 5-105, the show aims to inspire youth as they begin to claim greater independence. Using acrobatics, song, dance, and primary sources, the production addresses what it means to break the social mode and face one's fears. Produced by Bond Street Theatre and directed by Gretchen Van Lendt, the play is performed by Heddy Lahmann-Rosen, and Ilanna Saltzman. Amelia and Her Paper Tigers was featured at NYC's FringeJR in 2016.

The Waterfront Museum is a wheelchair accessible venue.
