Apply advanced retinal imaging and OCT-guided protocols to improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment timeliness.3. Select appropriate medical and surgical management strategies for diabetic retinopathy, eyelid reconstruction, and adult strabismus based on patient-specific factors.4.
