- **Event Description**: *NOTE: THIS IS A PRIVATE EVENT AND IS ONLY OPEN TO PAID TEAMS AND JUDGES...Spectators are welcome, however Teams are not allowed to hand out samples. The #bbqshop will have wings & ribs available for sale.
1. This year we are competing in Ribs and Chicken wings. 
2. Entry fee is $125.00 and this contest is ribs and chicken.
3. Payout is for 1st , 2nd and 3rd in each category and is based on turnout. 60/40 payout. 60% Ribs, 40% Chicken. Please enter no later than February 14th, 2026. 
4. Any kind of cooker is welcome with no electrical access, QUIET GENERATORS ONLY!!
5. Garnish is optional.
Rules: 
 - Ribs and chicken wings must be “NAKED” upon arrival. They can be trimmed but no seasoning, marinating and/or brining in anyway , prior to meat inspection.
 - Only PORK spareribs or baby back ribs allowed. 
 - Chicken whole, Flats, and/or Drumettes are allowed. 
 - KCBS rules will apply in all aspects of your cook. You must turn in at least 6 individual portions of each meat. Each turn in rib must contain 1 bone.
 - Limited space will be provided, 10x10 area. NO TRAILERS PLEASE!!
