Our Adaptive Try-Scuba program is a brief introduction to adaptive scuba diving, offering a safe, non-threatening and fun opportunity to experience the thrill scuba diving offers.
To join us, you will need to:
• The participant fee is $75.00 per diver. A non-refundable fee of $50.00 must be submitted to hold your spot on the dive roster.

The remaining amount ($25.00) may be paid on the day of the event.
-Adaptive Try-Scuba participants are required to complete several activity forms including a Medical approval, Activity and Liability & Release form prior to this event.

It is important that you return the completed forms to Free-Daptive as soon as possible. We require all adaptive individuals who wish to participate in the Adaptive Try-Scuba to have approval from their medical provider. If you have a completed Medical form, dated within 1-year of this event, you do not need to submit an additional Medical form.

• Act quickly, as we have limited the number of adaptive divers for this event.
***For any certified diver that would like join us, please show up by 11:00am to dive at 11:30am until 1:30pm. Public divers are responsible for their own gear and tanks.
***The cost is a minimum of a $20 donation that helps FDD rent the pool and gear for our adaptive divers.
