Join Masha Leuner for a transformative 4-week series based on Dr. Loren Fishman’s groundbreaking Yoga for Osteoporosis method. This practice emphasizes strength, stability, and safe alignment, with particular focus on the spine and hips—areas most vulnerable to fracture.
Each session combines foundational and advanced postures, offering a comprehensive and adaptable experience. Breathwork is integrated to support hold times, regulate the nervous system, and enhance respiratory function. This series is suitable for all levels and provides the tools to practice safely and confidently at home.
