If you've ever held a glass of wine up to the light and loved it just by looking at it without even tasting it, this class is for you.Our night begins in the gallery, surrounded by paintings and pigment, where we will taste wines chosen not only for flavor, but for the stories their colors tell. As we taste through the spectrum of wine, you'll look at the wine and into the wine too, into what the color promises the wine will be.TASTING ART, MAKING ARTAnd then, brush in hand, with palette waiting and palate ready, you will translate wine color into watercolor. A gentle, guided lesson will help you follow the impressions the wine has left behind. Maybe your brushstroke is bold, like the vivid Burgundy, or airy and translucent, like the shimmer of Sauvignon Blanc.
