WELCOME ONE, WELCOME ALL! COME LEARN! This 100-level red wine class (did you take our Intro to Color Theory?) will have you feeling much more prepared than you did when rolling up to some of your 100-levels in college. In this class, we’ll be exploring the most crowd pleasing reds, the wines you bring to a dinner party, the bottles that scream girls night, date night, and movie night. Why do some pinot noirs beg for a chill? What’s the sediment in my bottle? What even is “body”? Come find out! Grapes are fun little characters… meet some you really jive with. If you get a passing grade (and… no surprise, you will), check out some of our Color Theory classes coming up.
