Full Moon Lunar Eclipse Soundbath

Join us on this very special and auspicious evening for a Soundbath event intended to promote deep relaxation and a journey within to your authentic self.

Taking place at Breathing Waters Yoga studio just over the border in South Harbor Oregon. On the west side of 101. Above Lilas's Resale furniture shop. This is a traditional yoga studio space with hardwood floors. There are some yoga mats and bolsters for use at the studio. Also bring your own blankets, pillows, whatever you need to be comfortable.

Occasion will include discussion/Q&A, Guided Somatic Meditation, Conscious Breathing, and a deep dive acoustic soundbath with Bansuri bamboo flute & my curated set of bronze sound bowls and gongs.

Occasion facilitated be certified yoga-meditation teacher and professional musician 40 years experience working with therapeutic sounds to support or induce meditation.
