You will receive the tshirt when you register! No altering the t shirt! And denim bottoms

Hair and makeup rules

0-2 lip gloss and mascara only! No fake hair of any kind

3-up natural age appropriate makeup, age appropriate lashes, and hair extensions are allowed! No falls or wiglets or flippers
