Wake the Nation is NOW ACCEPTING ornament requests for the 13th Annual Holiday Memorial honoring those who have passed from substance use disorder related causes.

At this time, we invite you to submit an ornament request via our website: https://wakethenation.us/holiday-tree-memorial/

As always, it is FREE to submit an ornament request. Though we welcome donations!

A $10 payment is otherwise only required for those wishing to have their loved one's ornament shipped at the end of the season. You may order duplicate ornaments to gift your friends and family who are also missing your angel. Payment can be submitted via credit card as found on the submissions form or through paypal.me/WakeTheNation

Names and pictures must be submitted by October 26th. Submissions made after the deadline are not guaranteed on the tree and may be shipped directly to you at the end of the holiday season. So do not delay submitting your request.

The Holiday Memorial will be decorated by our team on Sunday November 9th from 2-4p.m. All are welcome to join us!

Ornaments differ from year to year. Photos of each ornament will be found on our Facebook page.

We have come to know this loving community of people who are impacted by substance use disorder rather well. We believe it to be a privilege to honor your loved one. Please pass the love on to anyone you know who has lost someone from overdose or substance use related issues by sharing our flyer with them, so they may join us in celebrating their loved one's memory too.
