About the Presenter – Rachel Pader:
Rachel Pader is an entrepreneur, fitness guru, anti-influencer, rule breaker, and mentor. After graduating from college, she spent nearly a decade behind the bar as a seasoned bartender before dipping her toe into the corporate world. Within months, she knew corporate America wasn’t for her—it was slowly eating her alive. So she took the path less traveled, went back to school, and became a real estate appraiser, shaking up the industry by coloring outside the lines and disrupting outdated norms.
By day, she’s a skilled real estate appraiser. By night, weekends, and any other free moment, she’s a passionate goal-based coach for women. Through her private coaching group, Your Lighthouse Coaching, Rachel guides 25 women nationwide—helping them move from point A to point Z faster than they ever thought possible.
