Whether you're running your first 5K or chasing a PR, the mental side of training matters. This training group run will begin with guided breathwork and visualization to help you shake off nerves, center your focus, and step into your run with intention.

You'll also receive quick, practical tips for building a pre-run mental routine - designed to support your mindset, reduce anxiety, and boost confidence as you train.
