We are excited to invite all of you for this August cool off summer ride. There's nothing like chilling in 72 degree water after a long bike ride!
This is a cooperation with our Gainesville friend, Kathy.
*This is a FREE and UNSUPPORTED "Terreno misto" ride. Be prepared.
*All riders are required to sign a waiver prior the start.
*This is not a race. Ride with the main group, the Party Pace group, or ride on your own at your own, comfortable pace.
As usual there will be two route options- 49 and 96 miles.
The 96 mile route will have a bailout option, to make it 76 miles.
The 49 mile "Festa" route will have a 30 mile, all dirt bailout option. (We don't want anyone getting heat exhaustion or worse!)
Park on the side of the road near the main gate. It is fine to do so.
There are no restrooms open at the ride start. (They will be open  after 10 am, and there is a place to change into swimwear as well.) There are NO store stops on the 49 mile route. There are multiple store stops on the 96 mile route, but they are all located in the first 50 miles, so, prepare accordingly! Bring plenty to drink! 
Please leave all gates in the pasture as you found them.
There will be several gates that require lifting your bike up and over, as well as the ones that are merely closed (or left open.) 
There's one water crossing where you may have to get your feet wet (X2,) depending on rainfall this week ahead of the ride.
Bring $2 if you want to swim in the spring after the ride. (The diving platform is a lot of fun!)

I know it is a very long drive for some of you, but it's a fun ride and a great change of scenery, so I hope to see a lot of Unpaved Addicts in Bronson on Sunday!
