Nurturing, flowing yoga classes that give you the tools to help feel prepared and empowered for labour, birth & beyond.

Preparing your body for an awesome birthing experience.
Helping to strengthen and maintaining your pelvic floor throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Breathing techniques for labour and birth (and every day life stresses too).
Hypnosis & guided relaxation for deep relaxation.
A safe space to talk openly about any fears and anxieties you may have about pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.

You can join us from your first scan, so around 12/13 weeks and it's suitable for complete beginners and experienced yogis. 

All yoga postures are safe for pregnancy and we always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week.


We always end with a beautiful, calming, guided relaxation to aid sleep and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.​

 

Classes are booked in 4 week blocks for £48. You can trial a class for £12 before committing to the block.​
