South Birmingham Striders are proud to be launching a Youth Development Project, designed to support and inspire young people aged 12–24 through the power of sport.
This programme is aimed at helping young adults reach their potential, whether they want to:

Train socially for confidence, fitness and wellbeing

Develop competitively with structured coaching and progression

Our focus is about more than just running. 

We want to:

Inspire young people
Build confidence and resilience
Provide positive role models
Help guide them towards a healthy, motivated and successful future

?‍♂️ Sessions are FREE and run alongside our beginners courses:

? Monday – 6:30pm
Ryland Centre Track, Bromsgrove
? Thursday – 6:30pm

Herbert’s Yard

All sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment, led by qualified coaches and supported by experienced club members.
