Join me for a 90-minute Reiki Healing Circle in a calm, supportive space. Relax, recharge, and receive group Reiki energy while grounding, meditating, and reflecting.
What to bring: yoga mat, water, journal, pen. Optional: pillow and blanket. We have access to a few chairs if you prefer/need to sit.
