Quality sleep is essential for both physical and mental wellbeing, particularly as we age. Louise will explore common sleep challenges, the impact of poor sleep on overall health, and offer practical tools and techniques to help improve sleep habits and routines.

This forum, in partnership with Bromsgrove PCN, takes place on the second Wednesday of every month, bringing together older adults, caregivers, and local organisations to discuss important topics affecting our community. It is open to all who are interested in supporting and advocating for older people in the area.
