Following on from a great meet last month we would like to welcome you to our final meet of the year on Monday 24th August, starting from the usual time of 6pm.

All vintage & classic cars, motorcycles, tractors, trucks etc are welcome.

The focus of our meeting has always been on vintage and classic vehicles and is not aimed at modern, heavily-modified or street racer-type vehicles. Vehicles newer than 1998 will be displayed in the modern classics section.

NEW FOR 2026 - ALL SHOW FIELD VEHICLES MUST PRE-REGISTER. We won’t be allowing entry on the day for show vehicles without a registration pass. Visitors are welcome to just turn up and don’t need to register. This is to enable us to best manage the numbers and to keep the event free of charge for all. Food will be available direct from the Rugby Club, and they have a large bar serving a range of beers, spirits, soft drinks and alcohol-free options. 

As before, the club has a great relationship with neighbours and residents in the surrounding area. A high standard of driving and road behaviour when arriving at and leaving the meet is expected. Any antisocial driving behaviour is not welcome. The nearby Droitwich Marina is private property and should not be entered. 

Gates open at 6pm. We cannot guarantee early entry if you arrive before then.

Visitor parking is on the playing fields behind the clubhouse and entry/exit is via a one-way system. Please follow signs and instructions from marshals. 

Please respect the marshals as they do it for enjoyment too and we wouldn’t have an event without them.

Anyone displaying antisocial driving behaviour will be refused entry, asked to leave immediately, reported to the police where appropriate, and will be banned from future Bowling Green Classic Cars events. We ask all attendees to drive responsibly and respect the venue, neighbours and fellow enthusiasts to help ensure the future of these events.
