Discover how mindfulness can help you manage stress and find calm in both daily life and during the busy festive season. In this introductory workshop, Rehana will guide you through the core skills of mindfulness, exploring how stress works and offering practical ways to respond with greater clarity and balance. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience, this 2.5-hour session combines guided meditation, gentle movement, and reflective practices to cultivate presence.
You will leave resourced with simple, practical techniques to support you in stressful moments, along with everyday practices you can weave into your routine for lasting improvements to your overall wellbeing.

A 15-minute tea break is included. Please wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a water bottle, blanket or cushion for your comfort. Handouts will be provided, though you may also wish to bring a notepad and pen.
Rehana helps people cultivate mindfulness to build resilience and live happier, healthier, more stress-free lives. After discovering mindfulness in 2010 to manage her own stress, she was inspired by the profound changes it brought to her life. She teaches mindfulness, meditation, yoga, qigong, and sound therapy, blending practices that are effective and deeply nurturing. Her warm, welcoming sessions leave participants feeling connected, inspired and resourced. Rehana is trained to teach MBSR through The Mindfulness Network (Bangor University), with 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (plus 70hrs in Alignment Yoga) and Sound Energy Therapy training through SEMPA.
