Why This Course?

This training is designed to help you make yoga accessible, supportive, and uplifting for pregnant and postpartum women. You’ll have everything you need to create classes where mums feel empowered, cared for, and connected during this incredible time in their lives.

30/60hrs contact hours over 3 or 6 days and 24 hours post-course practical application and reflection.

 

Investment:

£50 off Early bird offer Ends 31st May

£500 for either 30hr pregnancy or 30hr postnatal Training

£800 for the complete 60hrs Pre & Postnatal Training

Friday, 9am - 5pm
Saturday, 10.30am – 6pm
Sunday, 10.30am – 6pm
