Orpington Folk Song Club

We are still working on our new album, but it has been delayed slightly by a burst of creativity in the shape of 6 new songs written in the last 4 months. This is an unusual rate for us and we'll be giving our new songs a first live outing in a couple of weeks time on Friday 21st Nov at Orpington Liberal Club.
Dave may also be playing his new guitar then as well. Having played the same J45 since the age of 16, he found it had developed cracks due to old age (so has Dave) and the J45 Banner 1942 reissue was the nearest he could find to replace his old faithful.
We have been quiet on the gig scene recently as we wanted to work on our album. To date we have finished recordings of 17 songs but we want to be selective and we also want to put the latest ones on there as well. Should be finished early next year... we'll keep you posted! See less
