An introduction to Reformer Pilates for those who are new to the Reformer and would like to build confidence, strength, and steadiness in a calm, supportive environment.
What to Expect on This Course:
Across the 4 weeks you will learn the principles of Reformer Pilates at a pace that allows you to feel comfortable with each movement pattern and transition.
You will learn how to use the machine correctly, getting used to the carriage, foot bar, springs and straps.
Small groups of 8 so that you can receive personalised guidance and corrections.
Expect to develop Strength, Mobility, Core stability, Balance, and Postural awareness.
Learn Breath, Precision, Control and Alignment.
Finish the course feeling confident to take part in our regular timetabled classes.
Additional Details:
You will need to commit to each weekly session.
Grip socks are required to use our reformers. You can purchase these in studio.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water with you.
