I founded Bromley Mindfulness in 2013. Since then, I have taught many thousands of students (online and offline) resilience, mindfulness, and meditation in classes, courses, retreats and workshops.
I run classes for organisations of all kinds, global, national and local.
Through my online training, I reach students throughout the world
I have taught over 300 online classes since September 2019. I have two podcasts that began as a resource for my students. I now have thousands of international listeners.
I have produced many hundreds of hours of online training content: classes, videos and training material. I use this library of training content to support my training online and offline.
To deliver this course, I am collaborating with Contingent Works in Bromley. Contingent Works is a cutting-edge and high-tech working and events space in the centre of Bromley, Kent.
I will run the classes in one of their spacious, quiet and calm events spaces.
Online attendees will have multiple views so they can switch between views of the room and me and the training material.
It is the next best thing to being there yourself.
For attendees, the venue is perfect. The event spaces have a Manhattan loft ambience.
The venue is easy to find. Contingent Works is a short walk from Bromley South and Bromley north stations and with dozens of buses passing the front door.
This training will be held in-person and also via Zoom, a free-to-use app.
Both myself and the participants will be live and visible at various times as you would expect in a traditional classroom setting. Do contact me if you'd like to test your connection and try out the platform.

Learning the practices is the easy part. - Building a sustainable regular practice takes time and patience, and benefits from guidance and support.
Over the six weeks of the course, you will learn the techniques and begin to build your practice. The key to building mindfulness is how you can integrate what you have learned into your life. Because of this, we offer an ongoing program of support and training online and in person. It is this program that will give you the support you need on your mindfulness journey.
