Meditation and Sound Bath

In this 1 hour class we will experience the deep peace within, giving our mind and body the much needed rest to help it function properly helping us live and balanced and peaceful life.

We will start with short seated meditation before moving to a lying down position to full relax the body and mind.

Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes.

Bring a Pillow, Blanket and Yoga Mat. (There are pillows and mats available)
