Join us for a gentle, guided forest bathing walk in Cator Park (BR3 1NA).
A relaxed, one-hour sensory stroll using mindfulness techniques to support our health and wellbeing — for humans and dogs.

💚 Don’t have a dog? No problem.
Come along and enjoy a little boost of feel-good hormones from stroking our BarkBathe guide’s dog.

🐕 The slow, mindful pace also gives dogs time to enjoy a meandering sniff — helping release mood-boosting dopamine so they benefit from BarkBathe too.
