Bleeding, Rest & Return is a closing ceremony devoted to the bleeding phase of the cycle and the grounding wisdom of the Earth element. This ritual invites you into slowness, embodiment, and reverent tending of the body as we honor endings as fertile ground.
✨ What to expect:
• Earth-centered womb meditation and somatic release
• Guided journaling and reflection on bleeding, rest, and integration
• Intentional rope ritual to support grounding, containment, and embodied presence (rope will be provided; no prior rope experience needed)
• Blood painting ritual — participants are welcome to bring their own menstrual blood if they wish; red paint will also be provided for body marking and creative expression
• A sound healing journey with Sarah Maud, featuring crystal sound bowls to support grounding and nervous system settling
• Closing circle to anchor rest and prepare the body for return
This space is open to anyone who bleeds or has bled and carries womb wisdom in their body.

• Optional: a small earth offering (stone, seed, dried flower, bone)
