Stress is a major cause of diving accidents and can make rescue situations even more difficult. This program gives you the skills and knowledge needed to recognize and manage stress, prevent accidents, and respond appropriately to diving emergencies. Upon successful completion, you will earn the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Specialty certification.

You will leave feeling accomplished, more confident, and better prepared to handle unexpected emergency situations underwater. Training begins with self-rescue techniques and builds step by step into more advanced rescue scenarios.
