Cardboard Boat competition

Composition of teams 1 Captain, 1 first mate 1-2 people per boat 1 to push off the boat.
Overview: best time from beach to the landing wins
Materials: Any type of cardboard
Cardboard tube maybe used
oars will be provided by the campground
Any type of tape can be used
Rules: Tape can only be used to cover joints in any direction, tape cannot be used to cover entire surface of boat(i.e. side, bottom, inside, etc.)
Duct tape or any tape adhesive can be used to connect cardboard to cardboard and support joint and stress points.
Judging: boat with the best time wins when judge calls start, boat will pushed off the beach at that time when the boat touches the shore time stops.
Costumes are encouraged
