Workshop Description

Yoga Description:

 Find your center in this refreshing yoga session. You'll learn breathing techniques and poses that will take you into tranquility.


Healthy Relationships Description:

Learn how to manage relationships and set healthy boundaries. This workshop will cover identifying red flags in relationships and provide resources for how to navigate around teen dating.


Know Your Rights Description:

This workshop will give an overview of human rights and civil rights. Facilitators will give you all the information you need to know when you are in an encounter with law enforcement.


Soap Making Description: 

In this workshop you will learn how to make soap bars using soap molds, essential oils and other products that make for a delicious smelling lather.


Financial Literacy Description: 

Learn all the ins and outs about saving, investing and credit cards. Good preparation starts with budgeting.
