Flourish: Rest & Manifest, 2026 Healing and Intention Setting Retreat is a half day women’s retreat at The Lygon Arms in Broadway, Cotswolds, created for women who are ready to pause, breathe and consciously choose how they want the year ahead to feel. 


During this intimate afternoon you will be guided through:

✨Gentle guided meditations to help you step out of “busy brain” and back into your body, so you can settle, soften and arrive.

✨Warm ceremonial cacao, journalling and reflection to release old stories and set honest intentions for how you want to feel in 2026.

✨A clear look at how your thoughts, beliefs and emotions shape your energy and choices, and how to turn your desires into small, practical steps in real life. 
✨Crystal sound healing and group Reiki.

✨A deeply relaxing healing session to soothe your nervous system, support emotional release and leave you feeling lighter and more at peace. 

✨Future self meditation and 2026 Empowerment and Intention Map
Guided visualisation to meet your future self at the end of 2026, followed by a simple written map of your key intentions, how you want to feel and the first steps you can take.

You will also enjoy tea, coffee and cake, plus a calm private space inside this beautiful historic hotel in Broadway.
