A Spring Equinox Morning Gathering at Bleak House

A gentle 2.5-hour seasonal gathering of grounding, sound and reflection overlooking the Bleak House gardens and sea.

You are warmly invited to join us for a morning of reconnection and renewal as we mark the turning of the Spring Equinox - a moment of balance, emergence, and quiet new beginnings.

Held at Bleak House, this immersive experience offers space to slow down, reset, and come home to yourself. As the light returns and the season shifts, this is an opportunity to move forward with greater intention - feeling grounded, clear and supported in both body and mind.

We’ll begin with a relaxed arrival, before stepping into the garden (weather permitting) for grounding and gentle somatic movement, allowing the body to awaken naturally and settle into presence.

Indoors, you’ll be guided through a meditation and a soft vocal toning practice, exploring breath, resonance and inner stillness in a way that feels accessible and supportive. From here, you’ll be invited to rest deeply in a restorative sound bath, allowing the nervous system to soften and integrate.

We’ll close with reflective journalling and homemade sweet treats (gluten free and vegan), offering a quiet moment to reflect, connect and set intentions for the season ahead.

This is an intimate gathering designed to feel calm, spacious and welcoming.

No experience is needed - you are welcome exactly as you are.

What to bring (for the sound bath):
Thick socks
A warm blanket or sleeping bag
A cushion for your head
Extra layers if you tend to feel cold
(Cushioned mats and eye pillows are provided)

The room is heated, but it’s best to bring more warmth than you think you’ll need. The warmer and more comfortable your body is, the easier it is to relax fully into the experience. For the best experience, please avoid eating up to two hours before the workshop, or keep food light if needed.

All treats will be gluten free and vegan.
If you have a nut allergy, please notify the host in advance so this can be accommodated safely.

Additional information
Falling asleep during the sound bath is completely natural. It’s a sign that your nervous system is deeply relaxing. You may hear gentle breathing from others in the room. If loud snoring occurs, you will be gently woken to ensure a calm experience for everyone.

Running late? 
No problem. We’ll be beginning with somatic movement and grounding, so you can simply join quietly when you arrive.

No experience is needed - this gathering is open to all.
